For those of you interested in archery we run our own archery sessions on the park, the equipment we supply you with is perfect for beginners but also should be good for those of you who have shot before to have a go with.  The beginner sessions are FREE OF CHARGE for holidaymakers and holidayhome owners at the park.

The bows are Sebastian Flute optimo bows, plus we have both adult and junior sizes (left and right handed). Also our arrows are supplied from the same company who supply the British Olympic team so they are a great quality arrow.

The targets are at 12 yards distance from the shooting line so are at a nice easy distance for beginners to enjoy.  The sessions take place on a large grassed area outdoors with a GNAS qualified archery instructor, who will begin each session with a safety briefing and some gentle instruction on how to load the bows and shoot them.

Further Sessions

These archery sessions are aimed at enjoyment more than anything so you will not be going through a long drawn out archery lesson just some tips and pointers on how to shoot better. If you would like some more one to one instruction to help you really improve your shooting then speak to your instructor who will be happy to book a session for you at a small extra charge.
